      <image:caption>Ms ‘Folakemi Fatogbe is an accomplished central/development banker and risk management professional with more than 30 years’ professional experience. She currently serves as the Director of Risk Management at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). She was the Special Adviser to the CBN Governor on Banking Reforms &amp; Risk Management advising the Governor and the Bank on the reforms needed to address and mitigate the risks posed to the Nigerian banking system by the crisis.  She conceived and set up the Bank’s inaugural Risk Management Department in 2010. Prior to her appointment with the CBN, Ms. Fatogbe worked in a number of institutions abroad, including the Bank of England, the Financial Services Authority, Lloyds TSB Financial Markets and several others. She serves on the boards of several nonprofit organisations including: The Risk Management Association of Nigeria (RIMAN), where she is the Chairman of the Board; Fountain Holdings Limited (the investment arm of Ekiti State Government) and others.  She also serves on several CBN committees. Fatogbe is the author of the well acclaimed leadership and motivational book, “Inspiring a Generation.”</image:caption>
